Back Pain When Not Training

I know it sounds weird but if I stop lifting, after about a month or so I developed a lower back pain. It starts of mild at first but develops into quite an annoying problem. Has anyone experienced anything like this before?

Why would you take a month off?

Most likely depends on where you are sitting during the day. I know if i lounge around in a computer chair that my back will be hurting the next day. Also how you sleep. Best is on your side with a pillow (can substitute for woman) between your legs or on your back. Back pain is a bitch!
