Lower Back Pain After Lay Off

Ok so i’m in my early 20’s and after not lifting for about a year I began lifting again about a month ago. Anyways i’m doing the big three every week(squat, deadlift, and bench).

Anyways about a week ago I began having lower back pain. It’s not a sharp pain but rather aching and it flares up. The pain is in the extreme lower part of the back right above the glutes. I’m really afraid of getting injured again and not being able to lift. Does it seem serious?

Not serious, but seems u jumped into the big 3 too early without developing the proper base of general strength. Back off the squats and deadlifts and develop some core strength and overall strength and gradually work the 3 big lifts back into your routine.
