Was going strong for about 4 years after I got out of college where I played football. I took about a 2 year hiatus and am getting back into body building. I am over my intitial growth cycle and want to develop a more comprehensive strategy. Having lurked for a while, I will say that I have a problem with rest days and end up doing a cardio/abs routine on days off. I am looking right now to pin down a routine and the get a rep program. Right now I look like this. Now I am sure that I am overdoing but have never had a problem with recup. I am 6’3" ~240 and would like to get to about 220 or so

Pizza is the favorite part of my routine though. Pizza and beer. I try to skip the hangover though.
You can skip that part? Damn, the Force is strong with you.
Bah, you should have said, “You try to skip the hangover? Do or do not, there is no try.”

Ahhh…I missed my mark tonight. The story in SAMA took a lot out of me today.

I can understand. You were firing on all cylinders in SAMA today. There had to be a letdown at some point.
