Oh, I know this friend of a friend who benches like a million pounds. He’s never worked out either, except for this one time when he went to the gym, benched a million pounds, and decided that weightlifting was too easy.

Uh, if that was sarcasm I really wasnt joking with what I said. At All. I was watching the guy throw and his teamates who he works out with because in college a lot of the time your working out with your teammates (if you dont understand that)-told me that.
There really are people that build muscle easily, I dont care what you say because Ive seen it enough to know it to be true. Yeah, its rare, but talk to any major thrower and theyll tell you the exact same thing.
