Awkward/Embarrassing Problem: Mass

You’re joking, right? I’m 5’9" and 166, and I don’t have too much muscle. Sure my bodyfat is between 12-15%. But at 166, I consider myself pretty small.

I have to see a pic.

i hear bindge and purge is pretty good.

Guys, I’m too damn ridiculously good looking. Will someone please hit me in the face with a shovel and solve this problem for me??

Try the Tic Tac and cigarette diet.

I can’t even look at myself in the mirror anymore because of veins popping out of my chest… it repulses me.

I want to lose some muscle mass, and I want to lose it bad. I know that it sounds hoky and I feared that I would be getting these kinds of responses (hence why I label this an “embarrassing problem”), but I thought that I would gain at least a little advice.
Just take some of the millions you made off of that last pirate movie-abomination and pay someone to figure it out! BTW, they robbed you at all of the AA’s.

Cocaine is a hell of a drug (so I hear.)

I started lifting to get bigger… and I think that I’ve gotten a bit too big for my taste. I don’t have very much fat on me at all, below 10%. I’ve ended up with too much muscle mass, though, and I want to lose some of it. I’m 5’8" 165 pounds btw.

I want to lose muscle mass without losing strength, though. What should I do? Should I keep on using same weight and reps while doing lots of cardio and going in a caloric deficit?

Do cardio only once a week. If you really have to go for it but make sure you’re eating properly to make up for water and glycogen loss, and make it HIT cardio/HOC. As for dropping the weight, Keep increasing the weight, reduce your rep range to 1-4 per set, and go heavy.

Try single rep sets, they work well. Keep your diet clean and nutritious, and take out the calories, and you will drop.

I had to do it for gymnastics ;).
Thanks for a mature reply, at least there’s some people around here that are willing to help

I dont see why everybody has been bashing this guy. Maybe he is a troll, but maybe he is asking a very valid question. In fact, his question echoes my concerns too. I used to be a hammer and discus thrower and even though I have switched to bicycling where I race in the Masters category, old habits die hard and I continue to lift. I am 61 and weigh 210 lbs. I do very well in the flat section races but suffer incessantly anytime the road turns upwards. Now, strength is important to me and I lift but I am one of these people that tends to get huge easily.
Sorry, but it happens to some people. I didnt say that I get strong easily, but for some reason my legs and back just blow up. I now do deadlifts once a week and power snatch or clean the other with some pull ups and chins and my back is already almost like it used to be 20 years ago. However, even though I like the feeling of being strong, I dont want to carry too much weight on me and I think that this is what the guy was asking and also what I would be interested in.
If anyone else can add to the comments above about the lesser reps helping with size “problems”, I am listening.
Thanks.

Just so we can all get ourselves grounded and on the same page here…

Everyone realizes this is a troll, right?

And that trying to provide even semi-legitimate answers is only going to encourage him further with a bunch of nonsense?

At least vroom is mocking his sorry ass. lol I always wonder who would actually devote time during their day to troll an Internet forum. Could anything be more pathetic? Could you really have so little of value going on in your life as to do something to lame?

Oh good Lord. What part about this being a f-ing bodybuilding site makes it so hard for people to grasp? Or the fact that this guy is convinced his arms are “bulging” at 5’ 8" and 165lbs?

If you want tips on how to shed muscle mass because you “get huge easily” (I have yet to meet such a person, so you are a landmark for me), then I would suggest finding a site that caters to that, like for cyclists. This is simply not the place for it.

Hmm and your first post ever. What a surprise.

This isn’t brain surgery Einstein, it isn’t fixing a box of Jello. It is called not eating, and not working out.

How hard is it to be a skinny chump? It seems it is so hard, nearly every teenage boy in America hits ther goal.

OH: “I dont see why everybody is bashing this guy.” fucking troll.

Everyone,

I need help. My penis is simply too large. It’s embarrassing. I can’t hardly stand to look at it or touch it, it’s so disgustingly huge. Can anyone help me shrink my 4" dick down to a more acceptable 3"? I’m tired of walking around with ice packs in my pockets.

Thanks.
beat me to it…

It’s no wonder there are so many of these posts on this site. You guys REALLY enjoy feeding the trolls, LOL.

While you guys help him with his bulging muscle problem, can you help me with a few things? I have entirely too large a penis. At the same time, I have waaaaaay too much money, free time, good looks, and luck. It’s embarrasing! Also, one last thing. I get too much attention from the opposite sex. They are all the time trying to get me to go home with them and have threesomes with their hot friends. It really alienates me from all my friends. Can someone please help?

P.S. if any of you took any of that seriously, then you really need to get yourself some help.

Ohhh, you need to go look at college discus throwers.
They are walking muscle. Its pretty insane. One guy I heard of through this other guy benches 560. Throws like shit but god. 560.
Im sure he had to work at it but some of those guys just naturally put it on and put it on faster than normal
