Awkward/Embarrassing Problem: Mass

God dammit.

Quit talking to this guy as if he’s real. He has 3 (count em 3) posts. His name is Johnny dep? are you kidding me? He is obviously a troll from somewhere else on the internet that is laughing his ass off at our legitimate responses.

Don’t feed the troll. Ignore the troll. Even if it is a real person do people like this belong on t nation?? I mena really, who cares if he doesn’t post here and goes to teenskinnyboys.com

I bet the Biotest guys don’t care becasue anyone looking to lose muscle weight isn’t going to buy supplements. So basically, screw the troll.

heh heh heh

how could you have to much muscle and only weigh 165

I

Want

To

Lose

Some

Muscle

I can’t even look at myself in the mirror anymore because of veins popping out of my chest… it repulses me.

I want to lose some muscle mass, and I want to lose it bad. I know that it sounds hoky and I feared that I would be getting these kinds of responses (hence why I label this an “embarrassing problem”), but I thought that I would gain at least a little advice.

Really? Why don’t you take a picture?
I don’t have very much fat on me at all, below 10%.
Bullshit. I don’t believe it.

LOL!

Stop going to the gym and stop eating. That’l fix you right up in a week or so.

Yeah man. You must be FUCKING HUGE at 165!
I want to lose muscle mass without losing strength, though. What should I do?
Powerlifting. Either that or see a shrink. You have issues dude.
Should I keep on using same weight and reps while doing lots of cardio and going in a caloric deficit?
That would work. But why would you want to do that? Why get smaller? You’re a normal size now. Why be skinny?

Also: Why did you get to 165 in the first place? And didn’t you realize that you could have stopped BEFORE that so you would not have had this problem?

WTF DUDE. Seriously.

See a psychiatrist.

Everyone,

I need help. My penis is simply too large. It’s embarrassing. I can’t hardly stand to look at it or touch it, it’s so disgustingly huge. Can anyone help me shrink my 4" dick down to a more acceptable 3"? I’m tired of walking around with ice packs in my pockets.

Thanks.

Best advice I can give you is see a therapist of some sort. You have self-image problems.

You are NOT BIG at 165. Unless you live in Hong Kong that is a NORMAL SIZE. (Check a BMI chart.)

Don’t lift anything above 10 lbs and eat like a thirteen year-old female if you want to lose muscle. Also do long-distance runs religiously. You are almost guaranteed to lose all that muscle off your 5’8 165 lb frame in no time at all.

Stop eating.

No,

You

Will

Not

Lose

Mass

Without

Strenth.

Putting aside the dysmorphia of thinking you are repulsively big at your size, it is EXTREMELY unlikely you could actually LOSE mass without losing strength. I certainly wouldn’t know how to tell you to go about it. You could drop all lifting for awhile. You will lose mass. You will lose strength. And even for cross country and tennis, your performance will probably take a hit.

You can then start to lift again while being careful to eat little so as not to regain any mass. You probably won’t be fueled for optimal athletic performance.

5’8’ 165 #

And too much muscle?

Maybe you should cut some off cook it and eat it.

Send me your supplements, food, and any home gym equipment since you won’t need them. I will then, in turn, lay out a plan for you.

And don’t forget to give me all your money. You won’t be eating for awhile anyway.

OMG, if you veins are sticking out your bodyfat percentage is too low! Don’t even think about not eating enough, you’ll get even veinier. Start eating lots of sugar smacks, donuts, cans of soda and other stuff.

You may die by sugar overdose and related complications, but if you work real hard you should be able to not be so veiny.

What a complete tool. I don’t know which is worse… to think someone in the real world is like this or to think that this guy believes his trolling serves a purpose?

I too, am a victim of MMS (Massive Muscle Syndrome). With professional help, I’ve been able to cut my gains at the gym down by 50% AND eat less healthy foods to get rid of that awful separation between muscle. My skin is much smoother and those pesky trouble spots (big chest and arms) are finally reducing in size. Girls are starting to point out how symmetrically round my face has become. One day my doctor thinks I’ll be able to stop going to the gym altogether. I think I’ll take it one donut at a time though.

Oh yeah, my stats before my mega-cut phase at my bulkiest:

6’
135lbs

Currently:
6’
105lbs

I heard if you beer-bong 6 Red Bulls it will help you.

why is your username JohnnyDepp.
No wonder you feel awkward and embarrassed with yourself. I feel embarrassed for your self too. In fact (!) I will tell you a fool-proof way to get anorexic if you want. It comes wih some exclusive throw-up bags, first class product for the bulimia-boy within you.

You could do what these guys did:

Do cardio only once a week. If you really have to go for it but make sure you’re eating properly to make up for water and glycogen loss, and make it HIT cardio/HOC. As for dropping the weight, Keep increasing the weight, reduce your rep range to 1-4 per set, and go heavy.

Try single rep sets, they work well. Keep your diet clean and nutritious, and take out the calories, and you will drop.

I had to do it for gymnastics ;).
