Yes luv only for the deadlifts though which were done yesterday, 2 weeks into the diet down 6 pounds off my morning weight.

Idk man, besides the hitch up top, I lift with a more rounded upper back with less leg drive than the average person. It’s comfortable and I’ve been injury free so far and hopefully I stay that way. I don’t pull singles often either, and it was do or die mindset, I needed to get this lift. Thanks though dude ![]()

Ponce, I still get shit all the time about slamming the weights when I am deadlifting lol. I just can’t put 500+ pounds on the floor quitely especially when I am going all out on reps…Whatever though.
And the reason my right side looks more developed than my left is because of the lighting position. It casts perfect shadowing on the right side and washes out the left…Lol.

I’ve dropped about 10 or so pounds over the past 5 weeks. Dieting for 8 more weeks.
