Anyways, the lighting makes my chest washed out, doesn’t look big but it’s actually one of my better body parts. Here’s a shot right next to the web cam with the lighting a little darker and me expanding my chest…I need a tan…lol

I take in about 3000 calories on training days, which is 3-4 big meals (steak and rice) and a peri workout shake.
On training days, Protein is about 300g, Carbs 250-275, Fat <100
Off days, I take in about 2250-2500 calories, Protein is the same 300g, Carbs <100, Fat 125-150
I eat big meals, spaced far apart. Carbs are taken in during and around workout time, pre-bed meal is higher fat, lower carb.
I also use humapro, but that’s BCAAs, however they claim each scoop is equivilant to 25g whey, so with that added I am at about 350protein per day.

i am usually pretty strong at the beggining of my workouts and I get gassed about halfway through, but I was focusing on the pump today besides bench which was a combo of all out, and a good contraction.
