I believe I will be switching from conventional to semi-sumo. Are there any assistance exercises that have more carryover to sumo rather than conventional? Currently my only deadlift assistance exercises are RDLs and speed pulls.
Thanks

I pull semi sumo, and the best two assistance exercises that helped bring it up were wide stance good mornings (same stance i use for deadlifting, going super deep on these) and dead stop leg presses (again, with the same stance if you can find a platform wide enough)
Wider conventional stance romanian deadlift really helped me when I pulled semi-sumo
