Arm Workout - Men's Health Article

Hey guys. So I have been reading Men’s Fitness lately, and I was reading an issue that I believe was July 2007 or so (has a very large picture of Andy Roddick on the front) that had an arm-intensive 8-week workout.

It seems very good, and I actually started it today, but my question is whether or not it is actually working out my whole body or just my arms. While it seems to be all about the arms, it looks like it may be working my chest and legs as well.

If anyone knows which issue/article I am discussing then a response would be greatly appreciated, or if not, I will post all the excersizes then hopefully everyone can help me out.
