I recall, I think, seeing a workout article on this website that had to do, mostly anyway, with working out the arms, tris and bis mostly… well, lol, I’m not sure how to find it, so if anyone has the faintest idea what I’m talking about, could you post a link? (I think it had like all the other body parts set to be worked out on one day)
Just by judging from your post. It sounds like your at a stage where you do not need an arm specialization program. You need a total-body routine. I might be wrong though.
