Anyone With Hip Pain?

Does anybody know about hip pain? I have never had any musculoskeletal issues in my life. But now all of a sudden my hips, where the femur inserts into the pelvis hurts. I have been squatting and deadlifting consistently for about two months. I am repping in the 300’s.

Any input would be greatly appreciated!

I used to have hips pain to, you can stretch before your training program It helped me a lot and between set when you feel inconfort in your hips region.

Stretch the hips flexors would also be a very good idea.

Look at this link, Stretch before training is “evil” these day, but It safe my training life so I recommend It.
