Help Finding Next Training Program

I just finished my second round of the 915 program a few weeks ago and hit new PRs in my lifts. My power clean remained the same as my gym isnt very olympic lift friendly. I loved this program and really enjoyed the stimulus I got from doing 5 reps or less in my key lifts since those heavy sets were new to me. My goals are to become stronger be it by power lifting, oly lifting, or bodybuilding. I like all sorts of modalities.

About a few months ago I found an article that was posted on T Nation and I havent been able to find it. I remember it having the idea of starting a variation of a lift while doing the prescribed amount of sets and reps. Immediately after you perform a stronger variation of the lift with the same weight as before. For example: 5 sets of 6 reps incline bench. Then 5 sets of 8 reps flat bench at the same weight. The plan had a lot more in one workout but the main idea was to make the weight in the first lift feel much lighter in the next. Another example is front squat first then a back squat.

This might not be exactly correct but it was something along those lines. I was really interested in this plan but I had just started the 915 program again and wanted to finish it.

Hopefully someone knows what program or article I am talking about as I would like to try a different program than the 915 I just finished.

Thanks in advance for your help, eveyone.

Sounds like you’re talking about mechanical drop sets. I don’t remember it being a whole program, so much as ways to integrate them into our program. I’ll see if I can find it

EDIT: Masochistic Mechanical Drop Sets

This mechanical advantage full body plan?

It is good. I like it.

My bad. I didn’t have my shreddies this morning. Think of it as payback for the 365 rep challenge if you’d like.

Thanks you guys,

I think I might have been thinking of both of these articles. I have read both of them in the past, probably the few weeks that I went on a TNation binge on articles. I was considering the mechanical advantage full body plan in the past and almost forgot about it so thanks for the reminder, Chris Colucci.
