Any of you guys hear of this by Paul Cribb? I used it religiously for the past year or so and have had great results with it. However, I looked around on here and looked at postworkout recommendations and I’m starting to wonder if it is as great as it seems, whether its partially to push products or not.
Also I noticed awhile back when i was trying to losefat, i was able to get lean, but not below 10% and was wondering if this was due to the fact that maybe the heavy carb bombardment in the postworkout meals isn’t need as much as it says?
What do you guys think.
