Not eating very much there, I can’t imagine making anything even close to even minor gains on that diet. Heck, that’s much less food than I eat when I’m cutting down.
While your food choices are certainly ‘clean’, the first thing I’d address is your actual #s. Just describing food choices and not amounts is like saying you bench press but no mention of your weight, rep range, and any indicator of progression over time (if it’s working for you or not).

What would you include in there to make lean gains possible with no fat gain?
I will chuck in some numbers today, sorry.

there is like, no food in that diet. Newsflash ham/chicken slices aren’t even FOOD let alone a good source of protein - read the damn label.
Add BEEF and EGGS to this diet.[/quote]
Read the label? Whats your point?
Maybe the shit that is available to you is not food with added water etc etc but the slices I get are actually from chicken breast or turkey with nothing added. Whack a load of them into a sandwich and you are looking at well over 25g protein.
Would lamb be a good substitution for the beef? Being a poor medical student I have to take costs into account also and this can get expensive especially here in the UK.
I have ~4 large eggs in the morning on a toast, having been allergic to eggs all my life I have recently built a tolerance to them but I have a hard time getting them down (they’re disgusting no matter how they are cooked).
Anywhere specific you would add another meal of beef or eggs here?
