I thought I would give you guys an update. I don’t think I can do the competition in October anymore.

I did start feeling better after my last post here, I felt the support but I also felt the opposite and It feels like they put in too much volume and frequency harming me, everyday. Too be honest I had opposition before I joined this website. And there are some rivalries with the other bodybuilders here but I feel they are doing too much evil eye on me and stuff. I didn’t realise the bodybuilding community was like that.

Last week i was so sick I was stuck in bed all day and night I was in too much pain and I couldn’t move. I did a 48 hour fast, no solid food and I am feeling better. After the 48 fast, I was able to enjoy my food for the first time in around 4 weeks, I almost cried, I felt pleasure from the food and I felt my body digesting it well, I was able to finish my food for the first time in around 3 weeks. Thank God for the food. I am feeling better but I need them to stop harming me so i can heal.
The past 4 months I’ve been recovering then getting worse and then recovering. The past few weeks I was either too sick to eat, too sick to enjoy eating my food, or getting too sick during the meal and unable to finish the food. I haven’t been eating enough for a cut.
It feels like they are doing voodoo and witchcraft on my anus and intestines. I want them to stop harming my organs so I can do a competition.
I don’t oppose anyone, I believe in hard work and I’m focused on myself.
Now my family is insisting I go for a colonoscopy and I want to have the haemorrhoids removed with ligation because it’s become unbearable. I was going to have it cut out but that has a 6-8 week no gym recovery time and ligation has 3 days recovery and apparently it works at removing them.

I’m hoping I can get my health back and complete my physique

Sorry to hear that your health is interfering with your life and future competition hopes. I wish you the best for a full recovery.

If you have a reasonably quick recovery going forward, I would suggest you still enter the October contest. The experience would be helpful going forward, but I understand the hesitation.

I want to, the competition is in around 10 weeks. I’m on low doses, just some test and deca. But I’ve lost a lot of weight

I want to get everything checked out, liver, kidneys, pancreas etc but I’ve been too sick to go to the lab.

but I’m still not fully recovered, i feel like my body is healing. i just need some more healing, i have been very careful what im eating and drinking and sticking to the same things for now.

From my experience fresh cooked white rice mixed with a good yogurt with probiotics is best, it lines the intestines.
Along with prebiotics like blueberries or strawberries but make sure you wash your fruit throughly, maybe use baking soda and avoid eating moldy fruit. I like fresh date fruit for prebiotics and they digest well. Also gerkins contain probiotics and I’ve been having a little with every meal. I also use apple cider vinegar and hcl and pepsin with gentian bitters.
I believe as long as you eat mostly healthy it helps you tolerate more foods and keeps you healthy. I also started eating 85% dark chocolate that contains flavonols almost everyday and I’ve noticed an improvement, i believe it’s the increase in stem cells, I like the taste of 85% Lindt kept in the fridge

I’m currently fasting.
i might do another 48 hour fast soon. I have been eating heathy and I’m doing everything to recover.
I’ve been too sick in the mornings and evenings and my training has been getting cut short. And I haven’t been able to do cardio. I hope I can get back to cardio soon.
As it is from my experience I think I can get down to 9% bodyfat without cardio but I don’t want to be that guy on stage who looks like he didn’t diet or work hard

I just found this thread. Ecto, may I write, with an untrained eye, your waist and abdominals are excellent. Quite narrow, then there is a flow to your lats. Your ability to pull into a vacuum is a plus. A genetic gift.
Sorry to hear of your illness. But, it is good you are feeling better.

ok, I’ll try to do it. There is 10 weeks and 2 days until the competition.
There is nothing I want more than to go back on bulk and replenish my body, I was sick for around 4 months.

But I feel much better, and I feel like a lot of people want me to do it and I don’t want to let them down so I will try.

I still need to get the haemorrhoids removed, they have shrank without medication, today I was able to let out gas, before it was so bad I couldn’t let out gas, it was like my anus was blocked on the inside.
I just feel nervous about going to the hospital for the procedure, I don’t want to do it, but I want it done. But I should get it done soon so it doesn’t interfere with my training

How to get to 5% bodyfat? I’ve never done that before, i think the lowest I got down to was 9% bodyfat, the machine at the gym said that and I think it was accurate.
I’m thinking to drop the deca and take tren because I’m behind schedule now. I’ll check my blood first, everything was fine when I last checked on the 22nd of April.

I’m passionate about health and longevity, health and longevity comes first to me, I want to live till old age and I want to be fit and active, I don’t want to be a burden on anyone, I feel like I have people counting on me and I don’t want to let them down and I want to be there for them. I feel like people want me to live till old age.
I want to do cardio, I feel like I can do it now. I feel passionate about it, I don’t know what stops me, I hope I can do it, I’m thinking to do 10x 200m sprints per session for cardio 5 times per week to lose bodyfat for the competition

If you’re gonna do this show do it for you. It’s a huge commitment and drain on your body and mind. IMO after being sick and with hemmeriod issue I would wait until things are resolved. Driving your body fat down super low is going to compromise your immune system. You went though a long period of being sick. You don’t wanna go there again and mess up your goals for longer.

I agree that you should be competing for you. Your physical health is very complex and needs remedied to move forward in a dependable matter. You need to minimize the possibility of a relapse and additional complications.

this morning I went to see my doctor to refer me for the haemorrhoid ligation And the doctor ordered blood and urine tests.
The gastrologist told me what clinic specialises in haemorrhoid ligation so I have to go there

Then before I came home I did fasted sprinting, that’s the first time I’ve done cardio in months.
I did 2x 150m sprints and 4x 100m sprints within 30 minutes, and burned 247 calories total. I felt like that was enough for today, I was in the sun and dripping sweat. I did enjoy it.
Im planning to do more cardio either on the bike machine or stairs machine at the gym tonight or tomorrow morning doing sprints

I went for the hemoroid ligation today, it was difficult. I almost jumped off the table and decided not to do it when he started touching me but I forced myself to let him because I remember how bad it is and how bad it has been, he kept telling me to relax and stop tensing.
he showed me on the camera, there was 4 of them. He did ligation on 2 of them and I have an appointment next week to do ligation on the other 2, they can only do 2 at a time. Hopefully it will be worth
He said no heavy lifting for 1 week and to rest and relax today.
That means no heavy lifting for 2 weeks which leaves me 8 weeks until the competition. So i won’t take anything for now. Just test and deca. I’m so behind schedule, I have anavar on hand but I won’t take it for now. 8-7 weeks out is when I’ll start the orals, I don’t have tren on hand, I might get some ace and run that for 6 weeks. I might get some halo for the last 10 days.

Carderine, caffeine, ephedrine, maybe 20mcg clen per day. I need to plan everything out.
I found the best pre workout and I tolerate it well, i have really got into pre workout at this age, I found a pre workout that tastes so delicious with water and it gives me energy and helps me focus and train harder and it makes me feel good, and i tolerate it perfect and I feel excited about that, i can also tolerate creatine again, i might run creatine for 6 weeks and pull it out 2 weeks before the competition, ohh my pre workout has creatine, does that mean I have to find another pre workout for the last 2 weeks to avoid water retention?
Ohh and I’m trying to go into recomp macros and calories. I’m still doing the calculations
I wanted to have a test run depleting and carbing up but I don’t think I’ll have time for that.
My cardio is good, The last few months I’ve been doing 15 second pause rest sets and drop sets to failure, he is a one of my workouts

I just finished the calculations for my recomp diet

Now i just need to do more calculations for how much food total I can eat per day and then divide that between 4-5 meals. I’ll start with protein then carbs and then fats.
I’ll make a list of all the foods I eat and then go from there

I’ve been having a smoothie everyday the past few days. I put 200ml cold water, my greens powder, 100g frozen strawberries, 25g frozen blueberries, 50g frozen avacado cubes, 50g frozen papaya cubes, 50g probiotic yogurt and 50g honey and blend, it’s like slush puppy and it tastes delicious, I’m still perfecting the recipe but I’ll probably have to change the honey for sweetener and I’ll see how much I can have per day

Low day 180g protein 720 calories 980 calories left 70% is 686 calories for carbs which is 171g carbs 294 calories left which is 32g fat

High day 2100-780= 1380 70% = 966 calories for carbs 966÷4= 241g carbs. 1380-966= 414÷9=46g fat

I finished calculating my recomp diet plan for my low day. I need to make adjustments, I’ll add in 1ml cold pressed walnut oil and 3g of omega 3, my pre workout has calories. I want to lower my calories slightly to accommodate, I’m thinking what to do. I’m thinking to buy smaller eggs. My eggs weigh around 63g each on the scale, so maybe 2x 45g eggs will work better.
My carb sources are interchangeable at every meal depending on my mood.
Ohh and I ordered Dorian Yates blood and guts mind and body pre workout which doesn’t contain creatine for the last 2 weeks.
I’ve also ordered acetyl L carnitine powder

This is the total calories and macros for day 1. i took out the egg.
I cooked rice and chicken in the morning for 2 days. I decided to do that every 2 days. The chicken came out tender from the air fryer. I dry brined it and used 4ml extra virgin olive oil to marinate the chicken breast strips with turmeric, black pepper and paprika.
Today I really enjoyed the taste of my jasmine rice so I wanted to eat more rice instead of air fried potatoes, it’s like i was tasting rice for the first time and i felt like i want to eat this on it’s own.
I’m wondering if i should make any adjustments for tomorrow, i do like date fruit but I can’t get it fresh all the time and I don’t have any right now, i don’t like eating dried dates

I just finished tallying my totals for today, I don’t know if you guys want to see my food log everyday, but I’m doing it, thanks for the support.
I was wondering if I should record salt or not.
Also I realised the competition is in 8 weeks and 4 days, that’s 60 days and I have to go for another haemorrhoid procedure in a few days.
I’m not even on anything for this stage of prep, just test and deca.
Also for the recomp I’m not sure if 8 weeks is possible, maybe I should go down to 1500 calories everyday in 3 weeks
