I wouldn’t go any lower on cals. You won’t be able to function. I never went any lower than 1800cals on prep. If anything shift some carbs to protein and just eat carbs pre and post workout.
You might wanna back off on the number of sets you’re doing and get your cardio up. You not gonna build muscle in prep. I don’t see you mentioning how much cardio you’re doing daily?

Currently 400mg magnesium 3x per day with meals. Also omega 3 3x per day with meals. Apple cider vinegar before meals. Hcl and pepsin with meals.
A good multivitamin 1 pill once per day with a meal. Vitamin b complex. Zinc. 40,000iu d3
Sometimes I’ll take a vitamin c pill if I feel I need it, and sometimes I’ll take an electrolyte complex pill with potassium if I feel I need it. Ohh I just realised should start taking calcium since I’ve stopped drinking milk, I have some chewable calcium laying around.
And I’ve also started taking iron as a reaction to my recent blood test for my blood health.

Your gonna want to drop the deca pretty soon. It’s a wetter compound. It’s going to hurt your look.
Starting at 6-7 weeks out run tren ace/test prop/masteron if you want and winstrol. 1.5 weeks out drop everything but winstrol. You can run that into the show. Start taking dandelion root 3 weeks out to help dry you out. Don’t mess with diuretics.
Your also going to want to drop the creatine. You will prob drop 3-4lbs of water.
Carnitine works well stacked with Yohimbine HCL for fat loss.

I decided to turn it into a high day because i was over on fats and i trained hard yesterday and thought i could use the extra carbs, i think ill have 3-4 more high days because im underweight and want my gains back and then ill just cut the rest of the way because of the time.
For my last meal i had 1 anabolic pizza and spaghetti with protein cheese and yogurt, it tasted delicious.
I boiled the spaghetti and then before it was ready drained most of the water and added 1 slice of protein cheese and 1 spray of olive oil, flipped and mixed and added salt and pepper and 50ml yogurt and flipped and mixed until it was like that, it tasted amazing
This is where I’m at so far today, I tried to get all my carbs pre workout and post workout and I’m trying to stop eating carbs late.
I’m thinking to have a 50g casein shake now and I’m not sure if I’ll bring the calories or carbs up
Update: final calories and macros
I just want to address that I’m currently taking more than 1 scoop of pre workout. Rest assured i have calculated the caffeine content and the other amount of ingredients and I’m within my limits, it also means I don’t need to take a few other supplements because I’m getting what I need from the pre workout.
I’m currently using the ECA stack, I started injectable ephedrine yesterday, 50mg per day pre workout sub q, and I started carderine today, 30mg per day.
The caffeine is to burn fat.

I was feeling unwell yesterday morning and evening. I did have a good training session in the afternoon but I felt sick after.

I had my second haemorrhoid ligation procedure yesterday, the doctor check and said the two he did last week had fallen off and he did ligation on the other two yesterday,

So I am actually planning to do this competition because I feel the support making it possible

I found out where to get franks red hot sauce here, there is a store in the centre called little London, I’ve been there before to get gravy, you can’t find gravy here, they have the franks sauce. Franks sauce is so low in calories.

Winstrol I’ll go with 5mg twice per day and see if I can tolerate it, the last time I tried winstrol it hurt it joints. That’s why I stick with anavar but 5mg twice per day will help thin the skin enough
You need to drop the deca and switch the test to prop for the last 6-7 weeks. If you keep going with what you are taking it’s going to hurt your look on stage. Switch the deca for Tren ace and the test for prop. You are then going to drop everything at 1.5 to 1 week out. Your look will improve once you drop the drugs.

Dude you are cruising for a heart attack at this dosage. Personally, I stay under 400 mg a day. With a caffeine dose this high along with your steroid intake, you are basically begging for trouble
