Yo i was wondering i bench 260 deadlift 290 and squat 270 im only been lifting for 2 months in my high shool weight training class. my friend jaden was like only benchin 95 (thats the 25so n each side…in case u didnt kno) and he was like damn ur so strong like ur a natural and im like yea i only worked out lie twice in my dads weight set in the garage i benched 135 for reps i got like 20? but yea im wonderin when im 16 how much u think ill be benchin? im 14 now.

Dude your not a genetic freak and the way your coming across is just making you look fucking stupid and arrogant. You bench the same that you squat and deadlift this is a problem. Also who are you to say your 370 deadlift is any better than some one else’s 370 deadlift whether you train for it or not. Stop looking for some one to tell you your special I mean are you really that insecure you need people who don’t know you who could care less about you and probably wouldn’t piss on you if you were on fire to stroke your ego and tell you your some kind of bad ass ( which wouldn’t happen here any ways ). Grow up and start Squatting and Deadlifting.

Also I would like to see videos of your lifts wouldn’t be surprised if you had the depth of kiddy pool on squats.

If this dude isnt lieing. I would definatley say he is fucking strong for a 15 year old. Theres people that work their ass off to get those type of numbers. Im one of them. And most of them are alot older. No need to get mad, you dont personally know this kid and should not discourage anyone.

actually dude i went ass to the grass for both squats and i felt my ass touch the floor and it was a olympic squat and the deadlift and squat are not good as they should but i think it is more my bad training and doing whatever i want when i workout but i do squat and during this time i was doing super squats/20 rep squats which are brutal, but i dont have enough weight to get what i want and i have a myostain definacy and strength and power are my best things but i would say power is my best so who the dude that said my form sucks it was ass to the grass and deep
