No.
Most likely elbow bends 330 and knee bends 325. Can’t cheat a deadlift as easily so good job there.

Eh I benched 335 with about 15.5" arms, and there are definitely smaller guys than me that have benched more, not at all out of the realm of possibility.

i havent even been training for 5 months and to the guy that said he deadlifts 375 u have gear on in your picture i did this completely raw everything i did raw and the 29 sec run was when i was 8th grade like i said i have only been training for 5 months

Hey guys i used to do powerlift at when i was 14? i dead lift 620 w/o strectch i benched 405 and squatted ass 2 grass 450 and im 15 and i died and came back and bench 801 squat 590 and deadlift 1766 im 9 now and i am dwonder maybe my potential at age 20? or 26? i sarted lifting waits at 4.

Take more glutamine and use a foam roller.
that doesnt look like a singlet but you train for strength i dont i train 3 times a week then and i did this right after football practice for 2 hours
