well i was just wondering from more expericed lifters because everyone has said im either a freak, or a monster and a beast even when i never touched a weight in my life and the first time i ever picked up weights it was easy and just from a 2 weeks of lifting i was already lifting more weight then some of the kids that lifted for years and i only been doing it for 2 weeks, also if your a natural athlete does that help you with l ifting

I don’t play football as I read it can hurt gainz. I played 5 years ago though. I was all state all pro olympic material, squatting 650 for easy sets of 10, and then I hurt my knee. You know how it goes.
