Alex H- HIT training

Alex, can you please give details of how you would conduct that 15 min HIT to maximize fat loss, and where I could read about it. Thank you for your help.

Bill Phillips actually tried to popularize this form of “aerobics” training but as you know the masses are so brainwashed into sitting there doing the 60 min sessions(while reading the latest issue of Cosmo) that they can’t possibly believe there is anything better.

I just started it so I don't know how effective it is but I'll tell you this- you will never be bored doing your "aerobics" (we gotta come up with a new term) again. Other benefit is a much higher VO2max which I know I can use. I huff and puff going up a few stairs. Can't be healthy and suppose I actually have to do something strenuous beside lifting weights!
