Monday, Tuesday and then Thursday starts it up again. I didn’t even back off on the volume for my BBB today. I needed to feel like I did SOMETHING. I mean BESIDES shovel. I’ve managed to push the same 3-9" of snow off my driveway 4x in the last 24 hours. Plus I shoved a lot of the back half of the close around so it’s not as ugly to drive through.

I know! This shit is crazy. I live in an apartment so I don’t have to shovel, but I also don’t own a vehicle and I am anal about my bus tickets so walking is kinda my main mode of transportation.

I have yet to find a better exercise for my hamstrings than that one. For straight up glute-murdilization, however, nothing beats the opposite arm, single leg RDL. Like a ballpeen hammer got taken to your ass.

The balance on my right is mucho suckier than my left. Working those weaknesses will STILL get me a good butt though!
