7yrs experience with TRT(not my first or second cycle)
I set up a new plan for this year trying to get myself into competitive shape for physique contests. Looking for advice on my next 6month run.
EOD training split. Start at 30min Cardio and foam roller/stretching/monility on in between days work up to an hour of cardio
Legs/back/chest&tri/shoulders&bi (start at 20sets per muscle group work up to 30sets per muscle group)
It would be much easier to give more help if I saw you lifting weights and saw how much muscle you appear to have, whether it looks like you lift weights. Your chest to waist ratio suggests that you likely look muscular.
Can you give us some strength numbers?

Specific training schedule is:
(Starting with 20sets per muscle group and working up to 30)
(20min cardio working up to 30mins)
Day 1: legs
Day 2: 20min cardio foam rolling, posing practice, photos
Day 3: back
Day 4: 20min cardio foam rolling, posing practice, photos
Day 5: chest and tri
Day 6: 20min cardio, foam rolling, posing practice, photos
Day 7: shoulders and biceps
I want to use this six months to get as ripped as possible, then bulk six months and then, then start to get show ready.

yes. Tren Winstrol and Dbol I have experience with. Also, reasoning for this cycle is.
-I always run testE, I like sustanon when stacking.
-Primo is something I have always wanted to run and heard good things.

Caber to get rid of some gyno and it’s in there a second time just in case I get some cuz primo from what I understand is bad with that
HCG that’s just my normal couple weeks on couple weeks off it has always worked for me that way on TRT and cycles.
Advice on the cycle would be much appreciated. I’m taking advice from some friends that competed in the 80s and early 90s currently but I love learning more
I would recommend entering a contest at the end of this six months. Use it to help become comfortable on stage. Anxiety will contribute to you looking flat. The more comfortable you are on stage the better you will look.
-OK, first comp. This will be a learning experience as you have 0 idea how your body will react to dieting that low.
-I would plan for a 12-14 week prep. As stated above, you don’t know what it’s gonna take and you would be better served coming in a little early then doing drastic shit to try and make weight.
-I think your closer to 15% if those pics are current. You have a great base.
-Ok at least you have a plan together.
-Pics are a good start.
-Have AAS experience, check
-To each their own. It’s all test. Whatever works
-Primo is great for building and cutting although you really don’t need drugs to cut unless you are going deep. More on that below.
-Winstrol does not burn fat. No AAS does.
-For gyno you should be keeping estrogen under control with an AI and if you get a flare you would use nolvadex to treat it, Caber is used to lower prolactin typically with tren/deca. Primo does not cause gyno. It is not am aromatizing compound.
-I have 0 experience with HCG so not much to say here.
This is what i would most likely do in your shoes if you would like to follow your plan.
-Diet down for 4mos or so just on TRT doses. You’ll be “on” during the bulk and prep so that would be pretty much a year straight of running gear which is not great. Maybe add in a GLP drug while you diet and see how you react. If all goes well you can reimplement it during prep.
-Get down around10-12% and then slowly work cals up to maintenance. During this time bring test up to 4-500mg/wk, add in primo or EQ and low deca. Maybe after you plateau run anadrol for 4-5 weeks. I’m currently building on test/EQ/deca. Run this until about 18 weeks out. Bring the drugs down and start bringing food back down.
-Now your 12-14 weeks out and starting prep. Keep test around 300mg/wk and at 8 weeks out switch to testP and add in trenA and mastP. 6 weeks out to 2 weeks out run winstrol. 2 weeks out drop all gear and dry out.
This is the basic outline of what I would do/have done. I would start a training/diet log on here so we can support you along the way.
I am not much help. I just learned how to use what AAS I get my hands on. I had a few preferences, but today’s guys have found some very good stacks. I am no help with quantities. I used very low AAS doses by today’s standards.
Thanks man that’s really helpful. It took me reading it like 4 times to fully grasp everything. Good knowledge. I think I’ll pick a show end of July and start lining out a good prep based on ur advice.
