You and I are both in a similar boat, but I’m 9 weeks out haha! Very cool. Your legs are definitely your strong point, lat width, abs and calves are probably the areas that have the most room for improvement. Lower chest and triceps could use a little more size too imo. But you’re seriously looking awesome dude!

You look ahead of schedule to me. You have some nice roundness and some deep separation. Nice symmetry.

One observation: Your back double biceps seems to show wider lats than your front double biceps.

Agree with @RT_Nomad you look a bit ahead.
You look great though. Keep pushing.
You should start a log. Would love to follow the rest of your prep.

Yep I’m trying. Cardio picked up to 1.5 hours a day and still only eating 2800 calories. I assume a drop will happen soon

Haha I torn my ACL/mcl/meniscus a year and a half ago I just started training legs in January but they used to be my best body part. Keep it up get this show done and grow!

Have you considered doing a “tune up” show, especially being in the condition you are at this stage? This was a strategy of mine to reduce the anxiety of being on stage. High anxiety can cause you to look flat on stage, yet look great the next morning.

Another benefit of two contests is that you are not in an “all or nothing” with doing a single show.

I was actually thinking of doing one after this one. It’s a big show tho. I’ll def look into it.

It’s just the bigger show. Every show is a big show as you are training for it. Once you get there it’s just another show. No pressure. There will be another one. And if you did well in the first show, there is no pressure at the next show. You’ll likely look better the next show.
