Just wondering what is is good to add to my protein shake to make it have more calories besides olive oil, peanut butter is hard cause I need a blender but i heard honey

heck bring a bag of nuts along. heck flax meal is great, sure if you want a HUGE whack of sugar then Honey, table sugar if you really want I wouldnt but. um make it with Whole milk, add coconut milk, options are endless bro
