No rides in quite awhile…
My SO can’t ride for a while, so I haven’t ridden during the weekends. During the wee, I ride during lunch when I’m telecommuting Monday/Wednesday/Friday every other week unless work intervenes…
Diet report:
Ok, dropped down to 270…
backed off dieting for a couple weeks.
Ran out of trial order of HOT-ROX. 2 bottle order going in today. It really worked for me. I rarely experienced the severe loss of energy I had experienced anytime I cut calories w/o it. Noticed only time I did experience the energy loss was when I forgot to take HOT-ROX.
Happy that lifts went up while dieting.
Definition improved (what little there was). Certainly firmed up, especially thighs.
Anyway up to 274 and time to re order and recommit to eating cleaner.
I may lower goal from 30 to 20 lbs as it seems flab is coming off as I’m gaining muscle.
Yeah, HOT-ROX cures what doc’s cannot. When I drop calories, my weight goes down, but then I wilt. No energy, depressed sleep a lot. With HOT-ROX I don’t feel any of that. Only “problems” was if I forgot, energy levels dropped like a stone, and weight came off rather fast relative to how little I changed diet.
When budget heals, I’m likely to switch from massive amounts cheap fish oil to Flameout as it is much more inline with my health goals. I considered similar things from LEF.org but Flameout more with health/longevity research. Kinda like trying to raise your grades with a lot of 80’s vs. fewer 100’s. It is also cheaper.
I read a lot of research, Biotest is great at scouring the worlds research to generate their products. Personally I think they need to align with other non-lifting health groups. Flameout, Superfood, and their Curcumin have applications in Life extension, optimum health, fighting diabetes/insulin resistance and etc. Same product different packaging/marketing would increase their sales and do these groups a world of good.
Went for bike ride, it was dang hot. Didn’t carry enough water. My fat ass broke another spoke. It is a tourer, with 32 spoke wheels. 1/2 of the wheel was rebuilt with high strength spokes… Then front bearing failed. only ~1200 miles on it. Had to walk 3.6 miles.
~~22 miles, about 12 mph average pretty fast, god awful hot…
3.6 miles walk…
gonna sit on the couch and drink as much as possible, but it is going to be beer. Then gotta figure out what to do about wheel sets.
