Monday:
Legs sore, in a funny way… I think different demands on legs is trashing my lifts in the gym.
Lower back is sore but loosening up. If I can pop the lowest vertebrae life back doesn’t hurt… Yoga helping, thinking about chiro, got good referral.
Thought decongestants and allergy meds were working, but couldn’t breath air is chewy from the pollen…
Squats - felt heavy on so restructured workout.

I’ve always responded best to volume, but had been burning out fast. New Dr. told me to ensure I get carbs and it is seeming to work…

Planet Fitness is about a mile from work. I can lift at lunch.
They have cardboard over the “lunk alarm”.
It is in a rough neighborhood. There’s a number of guys who move some serious weight. Some seem, uh, affiliated.
They have enough plates and DB’s up to 70…
