Great millies, bulldog! Obviously your MPs are as strong as your other lifts.
I’m a dumbass…so it took me a bit to figure out what you were posting on your money set. Posting the target reps and commenting the actual reps.

Dont feel bad my wife calls me a dumbass all the time.
Yeah man I figured I would list my target reps and say something about my last set.Just so anyone who wants to do 5/3/1 gets a feel how someone might do it.Thanks about the millies .Ill be honest, and know ill catch hell for this.
But I like them more then the bench. To me a guy who can put up big numbers on a MPress speaks more to me then the Bench .I hope my late winter or early spring to hit near 315 on them.Plus I feel if a guy not going to lift in gear he has to make sure hes well rounded .
You won’t get any grief from me. I prefer military press to bench as well. I, obviously, want my bench to move, but I would rather have the 315# military than the 405# bench. Of course, I hope to have both one day.
Also, my bench seems to progress faster when I am doing millies. I have gone months without doing MP, and gone months with them in the mix. Bench always progresses faster during the MP months.
