That’s a nice looking gym you have going there. It looks a lot like mine except I don’t have much else in my garage except for my stuff. We spent a couple of fun weeks assembling a shed to get it all out of the garage. I may be adding a fan to the mix as well. We may be in the great white north but summer in Ontario is humid as crap.

dont get strange Ideas there big guy… Im local and I dont want to enjoy it at all as matter of fact if you never talk about your anus again or take pics of your legs and put them on then net I will be a much happier guy.

Ive got to admit my biggest issue in regards to lifting is that I can be too ate up with it.It drives the wife nuts.But she knew what she was in for.Man its been a long on and off relationship with the weights.The first time I got sucked in was when I saw BIG LOU as the Hulk on Friday nights as a kid.I still remember my first " Dp "weight set.

really thought the first time I got serious about lifting was when I was working in the prison and was walking all around looking at all the jacked inmates thinking "damn these guys could kill my fat ass with the bare hands pretty easily… Im still fat but its going to be harder now

Wonderful day.Yesterday my wife was on me about getting in the pool with the family.Ok i thought get in make her happy 1/2 hour tops.And I did.I just layed back on the pool float.But being a dumb ass I didnt put on sunscreen .I also forgot how much pool water reflects sunlight back at a person.I got my bacon burnt.I am now Extra crispy on my chest ,Gut and legs.

No, not really. It’s an easy way to get me past the summer holidays, in one piece, and with good strength levels. Come September I’ll go back to my own 4 day template.
