Deadlift: 135 X 5

445 X 1…went up hard and fast
500 X 0…didnt want to go. Not to worried about it. I was training in a rush tonight. Went from squats to deads with no real break in between.
Step ups: 135 X 8(each leg)…had to cut it short to coach tonight.
Ill have to make up some things up Thursday. Ill do some extra hamstring and ab work.

Bench sit ups: 5 X 10 X greenband

9/24/10
warm up : light DB movements
Seated DB Presses: 40 X 12 /60 X 10/ 80 X 8/ 80 X 8…not pushing it heavy at this point
Pulldowns: 4 X 10 X some weight
Tate presses 4X 10
Hammer curls: 3 X 10
Pulls to throat : 3 X 15
Thats all I did, nothing realy to right home about.
