X 2. Catching up on your log, makes me sad since my kid graduated high school and I havent been able to go to a HS football game in 3 years. Was the highlight of my week was Friday night HS football in Texas. Good times. Just thought I would chime in on the 5/3/1, seems to me certain percentage of people have a problem lift, mine is bench. Squat and Dead are getting strong, bench is not. Have you tried to email Jim through Elite asking for advise? Worth a shot.

Wasnt a good day today. One of the boys on are team was taken off the field today on a back board. This is the first time ive been face to face with one of my players having a possible serious injury on the field.

I guess as a coach and a parent seeing one of your players on the field with a possible spinal injurie sends a sick feeling into your gut.But the good news is he will be all right. He is suffering from a bruised spine.

That is good news that his injury is not serious.

Great pictures and looked like a really good time. You may be a “fat bastard” but you’re a good Dad and mentor to the kids. Made some memories for all of them. That’s better than being ripped any day.

Me and the wife where pretty happy to hear the news. My wife is third in charge on are Football board but most around here will tell you shes the one whoes running the show. She calls every boy in this program as her “Boys”.alot of the boys in the program calls her “Football Mom”. After they took the young boy away to the Hospital she broke down in tears in the parking lot.

Thanks man.The sad thing is that the coaches in are program, are for some of these kids, are the only positive male role models in there lifes. Deep down it realy pisses me off and makes me feel for these young guys.

His parents.

I have a hot date tonight with either a foam roller or the pvc pipe.
Since this is my deload week I guess ill look over my log and grade the cycle I just did.

M Press:C nothing realy outstanding this cycle just messed around with the number of sets put up 180 x12 .

Deadlift:D the only reason I didnt give it a F was because of the 490x 5 1/2 I did.Im not even going to remention last weeks" FBAR" mess,

Axel bench press:B- so so stsrted to get burnned out on using the axel towards the end of the cycle.Looking forward to going back to a normal bar>Lets hope I didnt shot my self in the foot.

Squat: A- Nothing major until yesterdays 470x3 .

Cutting weight:A+ only started toward end of cycle.Already getting use to lower carb levels.Weight is dropping at a good clip.Already able to tighten Belt up one more eye hole.
