Why did you do three sets with the bar before jumping to 95 lb? You could say 45 x 10 x 3 to fit with the nomenclature you use.

Thanks.Like I posted I wasnt sure how much I was going to be able to do.Once I flooded my shoulder area with a lot of blood it started to feel beter and loosen up.this morning its not feeling as bad as I thought it would.

Id figure id go ahead and bore the rest of you with a video of my 12 year old running the ball today.

Thats a good run, he kept the ball secure and got the extra yard falling forward.

I just wish he would have gotten lower.I just got done watching that whole game on video.Damn those Jr.high coaches need to worry less about plays and worry about the basics. Most of there Lineman are standing up and not shooting out of there" 3 point" and most of there guys are tackeling up high or are trying to arm tackel. There lead blockers arent staying with there blocks.It only drives me nut because ive coach a few of these boys at the youth level.

I already have an 11-year-old boy. One is enough for me. Just this summer, he’s come within one inch of me and grown to a size 9 men’s shoe. How did that happen?

Im still waiting for my oldest to hit a growth spurt and so is he. Hes the second smallest on his team. But hes got the 12 year old attitude going.The old hormones are flowing with him so his emotions are over the freaking board.Im about ready to put his head through a wall sooner or later.Funny story: The other night my wife asked at the dinner table why I “binged” “boobs” on windows.Im sitting there with this blank look on my face.We look at the oldest who had a “oh shit” look on his face.

OK.Im pist and in panic mode.Its been a few month since ive worked over 500 with deads.so maybe my mind wasn’t where it needed to be (to be honest I felt a little fear on my first attempt with 575). Great my ability to rep with deads has gone up.Not to mention my squats.But my ability to pull heavy singles has gone in the toilet!!!SHIT !!! I was afraid this was going to happen.Maybe it was just a off day? But with 2 1/2 month from my next meet I am worried.But today wasnt a good sign for my deads!I know they say dont fix what isnt brooken.Well in this case my deads are now brooken.I hate to change anything up this close to a meet but im afraid I need to do something.As It stands im playing with the idea of looking into Scott Yards log (who is lifting Raw) on Elitefts,for a few ideas.Hes using his version of 5/3/1 where hes doing squats and pulls on the same day.Hell if I know what to do at this point! I ve just got one thing to add.HELP ME PLEASE!!!If anyone is reading this and has any advice right now I could use it at this point.
