PR’s? Often. Sex? Less often. ‘I’m not as good as I once was, but I’m as good once as I ever was’[/quote]

I expect both. PRs and sex. Sex is better after a PR. Especially if both parties got one.

Hahahahaha. So true. Just ask my wife… haha. Nice Squatting btw.

I guess sex and lifting goes together:)

Dumb ass sets: 250x 1/2 …did this one strict and stalled half way up.(got pissed off )
250x1…Got it but cheated like hell by using a little lower body to get it started.
275x NO WAY IN HELL took it out of rack and knew I didnt have it in me today.

Dips: 5x10xBW

Neutral Grip Pullups: (35 total) I did these between sets ,ran out of steam at 35.
Thick rope arm curls:WHO CARES!!
Min band Pull aparts: 2x25

Just a over all crap day.Not to happy about the M Presses. should have just repped the last working set.

Here’s video of me Cheating my ass off to get 250.Please over look the War cry.I was a little pist off at the time. Not to mention i was feeling like a “Pu*&Y” (Self censored)

nice…

that’s a pretty narrow grip you take

LA

Mebbe you used some english to get it started but that was an honest lockout. 'Sides - that’s how the strongmen do it.

Nice job.

Yea, that lockout is pretty damn solid.

^^^ Thanks guys. I just like to keep my Mpress strict as possible.I tend to stick with a narrow false grip on most of my sets.Im still pretty gun shy adout going super heavy, such as doing any type of push press. My right shoulder is junk sometimes.about 5 years ago I had to have some work done on it.Its taken me awhile to get it up and running right.

Excellent press. I perfer the narrow grip myself.

That looked solid to me. Very nice pressing.

^^ Id like to thank you guys for positive things you have posted on the above press.Id would also like to thank anyone who bothers to read my crap in the first place.Im finding that posting is helping me by lighting a fire under my ass, since I know other will be seeing my log.

Well my youngest son turned 11 today.I have mentioned my oldest but not my youngest.Or as my wife likes to call him “my mini-me” The old lady say that are youngest shot out the end of my penis.Unlike his older brother hes not a athlete hes more of a artist.plus he is a little geek in training.Which he has gotten from me.He also got my short temper. He is also a straight A student like his older brother. To be honest he is even smarter then his older brother. He is one of the least selfish kids I have ever seen. He’ll end up being the type of person who would give you his shirt off his back.

I hope your son had a lovely birthday. Did he do anything special?

Nice pressing too. I missed the war cry because I have the sound turned off at work

Im pretty happy for a change. At least it wasnt a total cluster F&%k like the last time I did Deads.I thought it would be by the way I felt at work today. But I got smart and ate crap.I went to the local YMCA to train. Can anyone say "Central Air:)"Until the summer heat dies down I guess ill be doing my Dead days there.Besides its funny to see the looks on the faces of the Bench/arm curl only crowd when your repping with over 5.

I wanted to slap my oldest the other day.I was listening to Iron Maiden’s Run to the hills. My oldest son walked in.

Son: what is that crap you are listening too??

Me: Get out of here and go listen to your freaking Nickelback!!!

Lol…amen!

Sorry for the late comment. That was a good looking MP. Yeah, there was a little bit of legs, but damn…it was 250#!
I am having a similar issue with the push press. I want to load up the bar, but the heavy loads gnaw at my shoulders and outer arms.

How tall are you? You are thick as a Live Oak.

Also, great cleans and deads. Looking strong!

Great training big man.Iron Maiden’s number of the beast is on one of my mixes I listen to.You’ve gotta cut your son some slack. He didn’t live through the 80’s.
