Also, If your weight keeps going up and down, and you can’t figure out why, then you’ve got a long road ahead of you. Start keeping a food journal. You WILL NOT make progress if you don’t have some consistency in your diet as well as your training.

Pete has made tremendous progress. Look at his before and after pics. Look up his challenge thread. He got called out and he had the balls to go through with this challenge. He’s making some great gains, and is still gaining. Before you call someone out and dismiss their advice because they are a fat-ass, you need to get your information in order.

Fine, you want to see my gains? This is me at the end of summer after I ended all of my drug addictions. As you can tell I was really skinny, and I weighed 135 lbs.

This is me roughly 3.5 months after I stopped my drug usage and started working out to keep me off of drugs. I gained 15 lbs.

I really didn’t want to let everyone here know I was a drug user that let it get the best of me, but from my point of view now, does it look reasonable to you now why I posted that picture in the first place. I went from the skinniest motherfucking piece of shit to what I think is a somewhat decent size in a matter of 3.5 months without any information from anybody. I would like to get more information so, I am just going to stop making posts unless I cannot find it on the site.
Nice work man, one day at a time.

-List Heavy
-Eat Clean
-Sleep a lot
-Rinse & Repeat
Don’t listen to the cook.

Yea, does it matter if they are significant enough or not? Peta looks kinda fat instead of fat now. I look skinny instead of super skinny, they are still gains. I was just posting because he said I had made no progress, and I was showing that I made some. MY goal is to gain 2-5 lbs a month btw.
