just started ABBH I today, didnt do it correctly. Couldnt fully superset the routine as people were using the equipment, also did too lower weight. Now im pissed at myself cos i was getting excited bout starting back at the gym after ages.
Got the diet down but…
Should a relative beginner, 6ft, 167pds, 17.1% BF, start with this routine or should i do something else?? starting strength (no not goin to buy the book but is there somewhere else i can find it).
