Thanks John. You made my day.lol
I’ve got something i want to get off my chest, then I will let it go. I feel completely disrespected by JoeGoods comments. I find them arrogant, uninformed, and just plain rude. He certainly has the right to be that way,but now that i am showing i am for real,i am curious to see if he has anything good to say to me other than i dont think your a troll but you,re wrong.
Well frankly JoeGood, i dont think they way you acted was nice nor understandable considering anything. This sort of arrogant crap doesnt help anything, except some dude feel good that he bagged on someone. There,s my rant. Me being real and direct. Now, i am over it. Peace and love, Confusion

This is pretty funny, but Dr Oz? Google search Mike Mentzer. That’s the sort of body and achievement I respect. I’m passing along his ideas.Think he didn’t know anything? Also,45 min to an hour is better. lol

Mentzer did not train once a week. Kind of goes against the central dogma of your post.[/quote]
This post annoyed me. reason? central and dogma dont go together,at least they shouldnt be used together here.lmao.
