a few pains

Anybody ever get a sharp needle like pain in the arch of your foot when doing claves? I do, i even took a pair of tweezers and some rubbing alchole and dug around in my foot looking for a piece of glass or a thorn(not recomended), nothing there.
what about trouble sleeping do to intense shoulder aches 24/7 for over a year…

one time I had a similar situation, turned out I found a pair of tweezers that I put in there the last time I was poking holes in my feet with a pair of tweezers, due to the rubbing alcohol I didn’t feel em up there and luckily it prevented infection. Hope this helps…

Yes! I get it too. I have a theory based on how it feels–but with NO evidence to suggest this could actually be correct–that the tension is causing tearing of the foot arch tendons. It’s not too far-fetched, though, since ‘fallen arches’ is what happens when the tendons of your foot bones tear or get stretched too far.

A couple of Planet Muscles ago, had Jeff Everson talking about the same thing with his shoulders. He did a couple of high rep sets for his rotator cuffs, then put some stuff called Deep Relief on the affected area. He also recommends deep tissue massage.
