Achilles

Hey. I have a slight problem, if anyone can relate, or tell me what’s up, please do.

My left ankle, at the heel (not achilles, i just thought that was a cool title), on the bone at the back, when i walk/ or especially run, it hurts. It hurts and it seems to originate at the bone. It hurts when i push through the front pad of my foot, that part of the stride. It hasn’t hurt my lifting progress, but shit i think no pain is better than pain. If possible i’d like to assuage this, I have only ?1.50 at the moment, and the doctors is a long, costly bus ride away. Thanks people

Thats what it sounds like to me…

Hey man, thanks! " it is thought that the repetitive nature of the sports causes the damage to the fibrous tissue that forms the arch of the foot." This shit started after i moved in with some mates, and because there’s a heatwave, we played football for hours, daily for weeks. The one thing which makes me think it’s not, is the ‘early in the morning’ characterisation, my heel is like this, any time i climb stairs, sudden-burst forward, etc. Still, im going to do what it suggests to rehab, then we’ll see. Thanks again you’re a cool guy
