A Completely Random Thread of Randomness

That was back when $1,000,000 was like, all the money in the world!

Year 1893 was my favorite. The audacity.

Here’s a fun prompt if you’re a ChatGPT user:

Based on our chats, draw anything you want, any way you want.

I use ChatGPT a lot for work, mainly research. I like to play around with making art, and I use it for just about every general question I have. So I was curious about what kind of image it would draw. Anyway, I got this:

Anyone else want to try it and post the image they got?

UPDATE: Made a few tweaks and threw it into Grok Imagine for a video:

I feel bad for people who actually make a living drawing and animating. Then again, when the camera was invented, people said it would kill painting and drawing as artforms.

Your AI looks like beast!!! I’m sure not far off reality ahha

Hair: 100% accurate
Beard: 100% accurate
Muscle Mass: A wee bit less accurate.

It was weird that it chose to draw a version of me. “Based on our chats…” could have made it easily draw ice cream recipes or dogs with weird bumps (stuff I’ve asked it about a lot).

Decided to try it out….hardly use Chatgpt at all and only logged in a handful of times for job posting reviews and resume tailoring…. I was highly disappointed…

and then the male version:

Just needs some more beard doesn’t look too far off LOL no idea where the flowers came from. @Chris_Shugart pretty much complete opposite of yours :joy:
Edit** just re-read the prompt…thought it was supposed to draw ME….the first one kind of looks like my wife….CREEPY!

I played along. I mainly use it for scheduling, breaking down studying for exams, and every now and then lifting stuff

So far you are my favorite.

I got this also.

It must be a default when it doesn’t know what to do.

Ha! Yeah, it’s pretty random. And creepy. I saw one guy use this type of prompt and get a surrealistic painting of a man roping a giant tooth. Turns out, he’s an orthodontist.

Here, I was bored, screenshot your avatar, and asked for a Grand Theft Auto style of drawing:

And a couple of “action comic” styles:

Um, what’s up with that barbell?

I really like that art style it used. It’s sort of Junji Ito esque and I love his mangas

Ha! It has a problem with workout equipment I’ve noticed, unless that’s a new Joel Seedman exercise. :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

Same! I like all of the details in it as well. Very cool.

I don’t know that looks like some random stuff Eric Bugenhagen would be doing in his garage haha

Chatgpt just hangs when I ask it to create images, so I just used Grok.

I haven’t really had any conversations with Grok, so I assume it just did whatever it wanted :man_shrugging:

Grok is quick to make everything a little on the sexy side. I think Elon had something to do with that, that scoundrel.

Although ChatGPT is going to start offering it also.

@Chris_Shugart When you’ve done enough profile pics, ask ChatGPT to make a comic book with them.

That first one of you has to be used.

More AI fun:

I was testing some mock-ups by adding the Biotest logo to shirts and hats. Sometimes they look too artificial, like stickers, not actual materials. So I created a “weathered, washed a few times” prompt and used ChatGPT to create a dude to wear the clothing items.

I got this:

Not bad (after a few tries).

Took the image to Grok Imagine (video). I wanted to experiment with different cinematography, camera styles, and effects, like dolly shots, day-to-night transitions, etc. Then I saw that Grok has a “Add a Girlfriend” built-in prompt. I changed that to “Add a Fit Girlfriend” because why not?

Combined all of that and got this:

The future is here.

For the record, I was shite with Photoshop and video apps. AI makes it easy and fun. I like fun.
