What are everyone’s thoughts on the elitefts 6.5 mm belt ? 13 mm belt ? Which would you prefer ?
I am 73" tall and 193#. I find my Inzer 10mm lever to bite into my ribcage and Spic, while my Toro 13mm Single Prong does not.
The 13mm is WAY overkill for the weights I am Squatting and Deadlifting, but i won it on a bet and it has become my go to.
Really to each his own . . .
