55 Down 30 to Go

Well up until lunch everything was cool then I had to go back to the car dealership and everything got all fuckered up from there. I haven’t eaten since noon and I didn’t lift. I’m starving right now and since we didn’t go to the store there is nothing to eat. We’re going to the store soon, I’m gonna need to feed!!!

5oz chicken- threw part of it away, it was kind of nasty.

I think that chicken might have been bad, something, my stomach is killing me!!! I have logged some serious NEPA walking to and from the bathroom today.

I had a salad from the deli down stairs today for lunch.

2 cups of mixed greens
turkey
chicken
sunflower seeds
a pinch of purple onion
some green peppers
EVO and vinager for dressing
2 tbsp cheese

Pretty darn good

my stomach has 50 minutes to straighten out before I try and pull off my walk. Tonights chest and back night if I got a case of the trots it’s going to suck.

You make me laugh… a few weeks ago I had the black death… for two days… not sure what did it… but I was in over my head when it started coming from both ends at the same time in the same putrid black color…

I was worried I was going to need medical attention but after the 2nd day it was gone and I was relieved…

Really puts a damper on your workout routine when you can’t do anything but sleep and shoot streams from both ends.

That’s always the worst when it’s coming from both directions. Sitting on the crapper and have to puke, stand up, sit down, stand up. Aweful stuff right there. I haven’t thrown up nor do I feel like it but WOW the brown river is flowing. I took some fiber with my last shake, not sure if it’ll help but I had it and figured what the heck.

This morning was mid week weigh in day 226.6, I guess when you have the mud hydrant going all day you can really get rid of some pounds. I’m sure it’s just water weight but I’ll take it!

1/2 mushrooms sauted in EVO with garlic
5 brussel sprouts (medium)

I haven’t taken any pictures lately, not sure if there would be a noticable diffence in the last pictures? I guess since I started this thread I’ve lost 7lbs. I’ll see about getting some tonight.

What date had you set to start the V-Diet? I forget. A buddy of mine started it, made it 18 days and quit, I couldn’t believe he’d made it so far, only a few more days to go but he did lose 10lbs in that time so it certainly works. I’m still on the fence, I think I can but I’d really need to wrap my mind around it before trying.

I’m slated for the 14th… My GF’s bday is the 11th so I’ll be using that weekend as my last hurrah before liquid intake consumes my life for 6 weeks.

There was a point where I had been doing the V-Diet lite… basically subbing 1st and last meals with protein shakes… its really not difficult for me… I’ve always looked at food as fuel… since I started dieting… there no savoring and going ohh la la this makes my tastebuds orgasm… more like… need fuel, limbs shaking.

When I first started my diet I was that way and to a great degree I still am. When I first started I was choaking down 2-3 cans of tuna a day, I hate tuna.

I almost forgot last nights training.

Incline bench
165lbs 4X6
Bent row
115lbs 4X6
straight arm pull downs
100lbs 4X6
decline bench
195lbs 4X6
V bar pull downs
140lbs 4X6
Toes on bench PU
body weight 4X10

The incline went well got all sets and reps.
The bent row I lowered the weight so I could do more strict sets with a longer reach, my back knows it’s been had this morning.
Decline I got the first 2 sets all 6 reps the 3rd was only 4, I lost focus and the 4th I got 5, talked myself out of the 6th rep.
V bar pulls got all but the very last rep of the very last set, just out of gas.
The body weight PU’s kicked my arse, my chest is really worked over with these.

All in all a great workout the only bad part was one of the speakers in my radio died on me which sucks, it wasn’t very loud to begin with.

As requested, pitchers as my little cousin used to say. There is a little progress, my shoulders look a bit different, dare I say bigger, maybe just more defined. I totally look deformed in my front shots, to many wrecks I suppose. BTW I love my new Bam Bam Bigelow tat, it’s the shit!

Overall looking good man…

Isn’t it funny how the upper chest/shoulders/traps seem to become ripped while your body just floats along til the very end…

Thats whats driving me F’ing crazy! Under the right light you can see details in my delts, arms and legs but the fat gut just won’t go away. I need that magic selective fat remover exercise, if you come up with one you can try it out on me.

1 packet sugar free instant butterscotch pudding mixed with GROW. Good stuff, I was having a sugar jones last night and this fixed that.

Last night I went home and sat on my ass, just wasn’t feeling HIT last night. I’m going to change my workout from 4 days to 3 days a week MWF to allow more days of HIT.

Skipping the weights tonight in favor of golf, I haven’t played in a week and a half so I’m Jones’n. I’m off tomorrow and will do shoulders and arms which will be my normal Friday from here on out.

Just found out we’re getting off work 2 hours early so no walk today. Maybe I’ll go home and do HIT after all?

225.4 this morning, that’s 63 total lbs!!! 23 to go!

This weekend was a shit fest, I haven’t eaten this bad in a long time, I guess it was earned and I still monitored my portions but it wasn’t pretty.

I got a ton of exercise which I needed after eating the way I did. Walked Friday, Volleyball saturday and golfed yesterday. BTW don’t try to walk 18 holes in 100 degree heat, it kicked my arse.

Today is a new day, the diet is back on, hopefully my weekend bender didn’t screw to much progress.
