i too was wondering to myself how tall the guy must be while watching the video, but it had nothing to do with envy. i remembered that his weight was somewhere between 210-220, but thought to myself “damn, he must be kinda short, because he looks thick as hell…”

meaning, to be as bulky/thick as he appeared to be, at 210-220lbs, he couldnt have been too tall, or else with that thickness hed be a lot heavier.

I will take all the thick comments as a compliment.
I wish I was a litle taller, but that is not my destiny!

I train to compete in Bench Press meets.
I used to train for push/pulls but a hip strain and many years of athletics have made my knees say ENOUGH!
On everything other than the bench I do a bodybuilding style of workout with moderate weights and higher reps.

BP u r a monster 540 lbs is a tremendous amount of weight. I would love to hear some advice/routines on increasing benchpress from u, since u seem to know ur stuff. the benchpress is something im really interested in and constantly looking for ways to increase mine.

Good lifting. Made me laugh too. I always love it when someone shuts mouths and put’s up the weight which is exactly what you did. A 605lb raw bench is freakin incredible. No one can dispute that.

you are psych’d in that vid and so full of energy. Im 30, 200 and just hit 400 with the use of elbow wraps. what can I do to get a higher bench. how do you use those bands. that’s fukin badass man. great liftin.
