531 SVR template

I am starting this template in two weeks. I like the variety in the programming. How has anyone programmed assistance work with this? Was thinking just pull ups and rows plus prowler and weighted vest walks for conditioning. A couple times a week. Thanks.

Depends on your goals and your recovery. Why program assistance work? Just do something or do nothing. Assistance work really isn’t that important unless you have some specific goal.
