Leviathan Leader Assistance/Supplemental Check

What do you guys or Jim think of this template
I’m more than open for any criticism of this, as I’m not 100% sure if this assistance setup is solid or not.

Doing 2 Days hard conditioning (mostly sprints. I want to use the prowler but my gym only has around 10m to push it so whats the fuckin point right)
Doing 4-5 days easy conditioning (airdyne, stationary bike, elliptical etc. just easy bullshit cardio get my blood flowing and recover better etc

Monday
Press Leviathan
Press BBS
25-50 reps Tricep Pushdown
25-50 Seated Cable Row
25-50 KB Lunge

Tuesday
Deadlift Leviathan
Deadlift FSL 5x5
25-50 reps Incline DB Bench
25-50 reps DB Row/Kroc Row
25-50 Step ups

Thursday
Bench Leviathan
Bench SSL 5x5
25-50 reps Tricep Pushdowns
25-50 reps Lat Pulldowns
25-50 reps KB Lunges

Friday
Squat Leviathan
Squat FSL 5x5
25-50 reps Seated DB Press
25-50 reps DB Row/Kroc Row
25-50 reps Step-ups

Also, for the Jumps/Throws

I’ve read on here that medball slams are shit and not worth it, so I’ll be sticking with box jumps

Looks ok. Remember that you can always do ad hoc decisions with assistance. You don’t need to pick certain excersises.

I often just write “upper back/lats”, “posterior chain” “push muscles” or something similar and choose the movements depending on my main lift volume/energy levels/time etc.
