From people who have run the 1000% Awesome Template, with the 5s Pro setup, what would you recommend for assistance work? Would Dips, Rows, Pull-Ups, DB Inc. Press be okay or would you keep the assistance work light like Face-Pulls etc.?
5 Pro’s: I do the TM with FSL 5x5 because I do powerlifting and need the practise.
Assistance: I like the assistance set up in BTM very much, but with less volume for chin ups, the rest should be fine if you are young and recover well.
When I did the programming I used the assistance choices you listed

Does it matter? You are allready doing a full body program.
