Should i stick with the scheme of 60%,50%,70% in the 5x10 part of bbb or keep it at 50% the whole time. Because the 70% for 5x10 is very hard even though i can do the main sets at the start the 5x10 for 70% feels much harder.

It’s lifting weights….it’s supposed to be hard. Why don’t you pick a template that has a defined end date so you can grit your way through the heavy 5x10 and then move on to something else? Do you have the 531 Forever book?

Yes. In the book he recommends 50-70 for beginners but 40-60 for more advanced so I dont know if i should choose the 50-70 or 40-60 even though im still beginner/intermediate atm.

You ever start doing that conditioning?

Go to page 45 and read the last paragraph, then read the first paragraph on page 46. Or join Wendlers forum for $5 a month, post on there, and get told to try it out and see.

You’re going to have to find the percentage that feels tough but doesn’t have you using shit form to compensate for the weights being too heavy
