Are you serious ? I’ve seen much thinner. Most guys that i know my height weigh 135 at the most, and that’s mainly muscle.

I’m 15. 16 in October.
The guys that I’m referring to are Juniors/Seniors. And are in Water Polo or Track. They have perfectly thin and toned legs. And nice flat stomachs.
I’m doing track /cross country next year.

First off, stop being a vegetarian. If you’re a vegetarian for political and ethical reasons, then just start paying the extra cash for free range chicken, grass fed beef, and all that wonderful, high quality meat that sustainable organic hippie agriculture produces. Seriously, you’re doing more evil by purchasing non-organic dairy products than you are by eating organic meats. Trust me. I’m actually an expert on the subject.

Nobody here is gonna give you advice on how to cut, because people usually care enough not to intentionally hazard other people’s health.
Also, the only way you’re gonna lose what you currently see as fat, is to eat more and gain some weight. I know it sounds counter-intuitive, but it’s the absolute truth.
There’s an article section on the left-side of this web site, learn to use it.
Alternatively, picking up a book (there are plenty, but to give you a couple suggestions: The New Rules of Lifting by Alwyn Cosgrove, or Starting Strength by Mark Rippetoe are very popular choices) on the subject can be a very big short-cut to improving yourself.

that picture isn’t me… i’ll say again.
i’m a vegetarian for ethical reasons. i’m not even going to discuss it further. eating an innocent animal is out of the question.
14% of 138 pounds is like 20 pounds. that’s kind of a lot.
i’m not a huge fan of having 20 pounds of fat chillin’ on my thighs.
i don’t see what’s so bad about eating animal. They eat each other, and we have just as much right in such case.
Besides, they’re already dead, not like not eating them, and leaving them to rot will reincarnate them.
In the long run you’re only hurting yourself.
