My plan originally was to finish bbb beefcake and then run John meadows 6 week “the arm training manual”. It was recommended to run triumvirate and just make arms the main focus. So, now I’m looking at what that would entail.
Main goals in order:

Build arms

Bring up shoulders

Try to keep everything else from going backwards too much

Is this a viable option for arm growth?

How does the layout of everything look and is it too much/too little (currently in a surplus)
