Hi. Is it ok if I just replace arm work in Beyond 1.1 for chins or dips and treat my arms as light assistance? I mean something like that:
Squat
Bench
Chins
Dips
Tricep Pushdown
Deadlift
Press
Chins
Dips
Barbell Curls
Face Pulls and Rotator Cuff between pressing sets.

The bottom line is this, you may change whatever you like at any time, but if Jim thought it was a good idea he would have said so. Programming is something he takes very seriously, so I doubt there is anything important left out. So, give your idea a shot and see if it works. If so, great, if not, then try it as it was written.
