5/3/1 Triumvirate Arm Focus

My plan originally was to finish bbb beefcake and then run John meadows 6 week “the arm training manual”. It was recommended to run triumvirate and just make arms the main focus. So, now I’m looking at what that would entail. Main goals in order: Build arms Bring up shoulders Try to keep everything else from going backwards too much Questions: Is this a viable option for arm growth?
